HISTORY

Founded in 1986, the industrial engineering firm, AGC, first stood out for its expertise in quality assurance systems later becoming an engineering firm expert in diagnosing and improving productivity. Over the years, AGC has carried out many major projects and mandates for prestigious customers in North America, South America, Europe and Africa. Comprised of engineers and specialized technicians in industrial engineering, AGC brings 30 people together who have the optimization of business processes at heart.

MISSION

AGC is a firm specializing in industrial process engineering. AGC assists plants and corporations in maximizing their business process through efficient and strategic interventions, while supporting personnel in the use of resources. The AGC industrial engineering firm promotes teamwork between supervision, operations, maintenance, engineering and technical services with the ultimate goal of making the most of the process.

Marcel Lafontaine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. Highly experienced in human resource management, he is also a specialist in industrial operations and maintenance, as well as in the development and implementation of an ERP/WMS system. Marcel Lafontaine has managed large-scale projects in a number of sectors.
Jacques Trahan

Jacques Trahan

Associate Director

Jacques Trahan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Biomechanical Engineering. Very experienced in system management, he is also a specialist in industrial operations and maintenance. Jacques Trahan has initiated or participated in the development of several intervention strategies of the firm.
