In 2019, our IT department acquired a HoloLens 2 to assess the relevance of using this technology, but we were unable to reach a clear conclusion about the next steps. In March 2021, our Microsoft account manager followed up and introduced us to the firm AGC. Based on their success with Kruger, we decided to restart the project. Their XR Toolbox solution made all the difference in making remote assistance and holographic procedure solutions accessible. Finally, we can rely on AGC to support us through the transition driven by Microsoft’s decision in the fall of 2024.
